MARK DAVIES
Mark is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor from the UK, with degrees in Finance and Quantity Surveying. Mark joined the Triple Star team in 2011 and has an extensive understanding of the local construction market. As well as overseeing all cost control and quantity surveying tasks for each of our projects, Mark is a Company Director, leads the client reporting process and is also one of our project managers.
HARLEY SMITH
Harley has a Bachelor of Construction (Quantity Surveying) and is also a certified passive house consultant. Before joining Triple Star in 2019 as a Senior QS, Harley was involved in estimating, cost management and quantity surveying for a range of mixed commercial and high-end residential projects in both Melbourne and Auckland.
GARETH YEATMAN
Gareth began as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in November 2022. Prior to joining Triple Star, Gareth spent 3 years working for a local Construction Cost Management Company where he developed a sound knowledge of both residential and commercial builds within the Queenstown construction market. As a member of the New Zealand Institute of Quantity Surveyors, with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Quantity Surveying obtained from the University of Cape Town and over 12 years’ experience within the construction industry spread between the UK, Southern Africa and New Zealand Gareth has been a great recent addition to our cost management team.
